John H. Manasco

John H. Manasco, 84, of Benton passed away Oct. 13, 2013, at Fort Roots. Born May 15, 1929, in Beebe, he was the son of Louis Frank Manasco and Bertha Manasco.
Mr. Manasco was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.
He was preceded in death by his sons, John H. Manasco Jr. and David Louis Manasco.
He is survived by his children, Sheila Standley, Tammy Harrison and Jeff Manasco; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, 2013, at Huson Funeral Home, 7700 Highway 107 in Sherwood. Burial will follow at 1 p.m. at Arkansas State Veterans’ Cemetery in North Little Rock.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013, at Huson Funeral Home in Sherwood.
