Judith Ann Brown

Judith Ann Brown, 68, of Benton, passed away June 28, 2011 in Bryant. She was born Dec. 2, 1942, in Joplin, Mo. to the late Leland S. Waterhouse and Virginia (Waterhouse) Marshall. She was a school teacher for 27 years for the Benton School District, a member of First Christian Church, and a loving mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Steven N. Brown.
Survivors include one son, Christopher Brown, of Benton; one daughter, Jennifer Tinsley and husband, Blake of Anderson, Missouri; two grandchildren, Bailey Stehm and husband, Shea of Joplin and Ethan Tinsley of Anderson, Missouri; and many other family and friends.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held at Ozark Memorial Park in Joplin Tuesday, July 5, at 10 a.m..
