Kenneth D. Wilson, 58, of Benton died Tuesday, Feb.14, at John L. McClellan Veterans Hospital in Little Rock.
He was born May 15, 1953, in Clinton.   
Mr. Wilson was a retired U. S. Air Force veteran serving for 20 years as an aviation mechanic.  He then sought to help other veterans by working at the Veterans Hospital.  His life revolved around his love for God, family, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, J.P. Pope
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Wilson of Benton; a son, Kyle D. Wilson and wife Rachel of Greenbrier; a daughter, Sarah Jerry and husband Jarrod of Greenbrier; his mother, Metta Pope of Benton; a sister, Kathy Ramsey and husband Gary of Sherwood; and three grandchildren, Brady Jerry, Brooklyn “JoJo” Jerry and Braxton Jerry, all of Greenbrier.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 17, at Park Place  Baptist Church in Bryant with the Rev. Gary Lambright officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Feb. 16, at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (315-4047).
