Louis Russell Nicklaus

Louis Russell Nicklaus, 82, of Benton, died Saturday, March 3, at the Hospice Home in Little Rock. 
He was born June 24, 1929 in Etta, Miss. to the late Lewis and Mildred Nicklaus. 
Mr. Nicklaus was a retired truck driver for Arkansas Face Veneer and a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, the Benton Congregation.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Jean Nicklaus; daughters, Donna Mabry and husband, J.W. and Teresa Thomas and husband, Archie; two granddaughters, Stephanie Hicks and husband Larry, and Shelly Mabry, all of Benton; and three great-grandchildren, Tyler Hicks, Tanner Hicks and Tea Mabry.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 7 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Forest Hills Cemetery.
