Don Michael Cox

A Bauxite man was arrested on two counts of rape last week.

Don Michael Cox, 32, is accused of raping a juvenile female in 2010 and was initially being investigated in November by Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel's Cyber Crimes Unit.

Investigators suspected Cox had child pornography at his residence.
Cox was arrested on two courts of rape at his workplace in Little Rock and is currently being detained at the Saline County Detention Center.

During a separate incident in February, Cox was charged in Pulaski County with 10 counts of distributing, possessing or viewing material depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.

Rape is a Class Y felony. Convictions carry a punishment of 10 to 40 years in prison.
