Nicholas Kyle Miller, 30, of Benton passed away Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013.  He was born March 13, 1983 in Chardon, Ohio.
 Nick was owner and operator of Nick Miller Construction. 
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Virginia M. Volpe Maynard and Betty Yoder Miller; two sisters, Julie and Jennifer Miller; a brother, Jared Miller; and an uncle, Rex Maynard.
He is survived by his fiancée of 10 years, Valerie Hobbs; his parents, Willard L. and Sheila R. (Maynard) Miller; two sons, Gavin and Brodie Miller; two brothers, Joshua “Cody” and Zachary Ryan Miller; his grandfathers, Rex Maynard and Pete Miller; a nephew, Joseph Miller; and a niece, Lyla Rain Miller.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, at Crossroads Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be at Graham Cemetery.
Visitation is set from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, at Ashby Funeral Home.
Family comments: Nick was an athlete and loved to fish, hunt, camp, kayak and any other outdoor activity.
