Norman Eugene Brown

Norman Eugene Brown, 75, of Alexander went to be with Lord Saturday, June 16. He was born May 8, 1937, in Dubach, La.
He was the son of the late Norman and Annie May Havens Brown. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
He was an avid Razorback fan, loved western shows and movies and loved fishing, hunting, and camping.
Norman was a member of Springhill Missionary Baptist Church and a U.S. Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Lavon Brown.
Norman is survived by his loving wife, Ima Jean Funderburg Brown of Alexander; four sons and daughters-in-law, Roger and Kelley Brown of East End, Randy Brown of Alexander, Richard and Kelly Brown of Little Rock, and Robert and Amy Brown of Alexander; his siblings, Betty and (John Henry) Daniel of Louisiana, Katherine and (Tom) Durrett of Louisiana, James and (Ann) Brown of Louisiana, Charles and (Dorothy) Brown of Louisiana, Kevin Brown of Louisiana; a sister-in-law, Liz Brown of Louisiana; nine grandkids and four great-grandkids.
Pallbearers will be Adam Combs, Garrett Neal, Dillan Brown, Jesse Brown, Walker Brown and Danielle Brown. Honorary pallbearers are Cory Combs, Riley Neal, Rachel brown, Delaina Brown and Ben Brown.
Funeral will is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 19, at Springhill Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Roger Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, June18, at Ashby Funeral Home.
