NOTICE: Benton Police asking for help locating child rape suspect

The Benton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a subject wanted on rape charges involving juvenile victims.
On 7/21/13, officers made contact with a subject about a welfare concern call. During the course of the investigation, it was determined by detectives that a rape involving two juvenile female victims had occurred.
A warrant for 2 counts of Rape and Sexual Assualt has been obtained for the suspect in the case, Mauricio Cuellar-Moreno (H/M, 23 YOA). Moreno is believed to still be in the Central Arkansas area, but there is a possibility he has left the state.

Any suspects listed are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
