Patsy Marie Eady, 75, of Benton passed away on Monday, Oct. 8. She was born in Knox City, Texas, on Dec. 16, 1936.
She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ and was retired from St Vincent Infirmary, where she spent several years as catering coordinator.
Patsy loved to volunteer and was a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi. Patsy will always be remembered for her fun spirit and as a wonderful mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Mildred Smith of Abilene, Texas.
Patsy is survived by a son, Daniel Eady of Seattle, Wash.; a daughter, Lisa Bono and husband Gary; and granddaughters Daphne and Delaney Bono of Benton.
Other survivors include a sister, Marcia Johnson and husband Bob of Thornton, Texas; nieces Tracy Thomas and Ashley Allen, their husbands and daughters; Ray Eady of Benton; and Hester Ellis of Corsicana, Texas.
Patsyâ€™s family and friends will celebrate her life and memory in various locations where she lived and touched the lives of many people.
