Pauline McConnell

Pauline McConnell, 92, of Alexander passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013. She was a member of the Abundant Life Assembly of God Church in Bryant and retired from the Arkansas School for the Deaf. After retirement she was an in-home caregiver for the elderly. She loved sewing, cooking and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Everrett McConnell; son, Paul Johnson and parents, Earnest and Ola Outlaw.
She is survived by her daughters, Marie Meadows and Patsy Cross, both of Bryant; son, Bill Johnson and wife, Barbara of Clarksville, Tenn.; daughter, Betty Sturdivant, of Benton; nine grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral services will be held 1p.m., Friday, September 27 at North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, September 26 at the funeral home.
