Quincy Matthew “Matt” Long, 34 years, 10 months, and 17 days, of Benton, was born May 1, 1979, in Benton.
He entered into eternal rest on March 18, 2014, at Saline Memorial Hospital.
Matt attended school in Bauxite. His favorite hobbies were spending time with his wife, kids, family and friends. He also loved camping, riding his motorcycle and tattooing.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elroy and Freda Long and Marshall and Inez Isenhower; and also an aunt, Carolyn Long.
Matt is survived by his loving wife, Kerri Leigh Long of Benton. He is also survived by his parents, Randall and Betty Long of Benton; his children, Taylor Richie of Alexander, Tylar Connell of Benton, Ciera Still of Fort Smith, Seth Burchfield of Hot Springs, Dakota Bozeman of Benton; his first and only grandson, Bradlee Alan Moore of Alexander; his sister, Courtney Long-Ashley of Gatesville, Texas; his brothers, Chuck Long and James Long of Benton; aunts and uncles, Mike and Missy Long of Hot Springs, James Long of New York, N.Y., Paul and Kathy Isenhower of Lonsdale, Martin Isenhower of Benton, and Marsha Lee Watts of Benton; nieces and nephews, Whitney Glover, Triston Hopkins, Austin Whitaker, Grant Long, Cara Lynn Long, Madilynn Long, and Aiden Long; and many more family members and friends.
May he rest in loving peace. He will always be missed but never forgotten. We love you forever and always and we will all see you soon.
A memorial service will be held at Saline River Jackman Trail starting at noon Saturday, March 29 and proceeding to Lake Norrel, concluding with a gathering at 4220 Edison Ave, Benton.
