Robbie Dewell Burleson

Robbie Dewell Burleson, 74, resident of Mesa, Ariz., entered into eternal life on Oct. 21. She was Born Oct. 1, 1938 to James Wilbourn and Carmon Mae Burleson in Benton.
After graduation from Chula Vista High School in California, Rob dutifully served his country in the Air Force for the next eight years including assignments in Turkey and Libya. He was a devout Christian and a devoted husband.
Above all, he cherished his role as a loving father, Papa and Great Papa. He enjoyed fishing and all things aviation. He had a passion for the Sun Devils and Razorback football.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Carmon; his wife, Jan; his daughter, Jana; and his brother, James.
He leaves behind his loving sons, Robby and wife Anna, Randy and wife Lisa, and Tim and wife Nancy; grandchildren, Travis, Jennifer, Jeremy, Nathan, Colby, Brittany, Annie, Raenie, Bobby, and Aubrey; great-grandchildren, Kaetie, Maxx, and Haidyn; a brother, Warren of Benton.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, at Queen of Heaven Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are by Queen of Heaven Mortuary.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at Queen of Heaven Mortuary, 1562 East Baseline Road in Mesa, Ariz.
