Robert 'Bob' H. Fenner

Robert "Bob" H. Fenner, 82, of Little Rock, died April 5 after a brief illness.
Bob was born March 8, 1930, in Baytown, Texas.  He proudly served his country aboard the USS Kermit Roosevelt during the Korean Conflict.
Bob retired from the Arkansas State Police and from the Arkansas Army National Guard as a master sergeant.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred and Aubrey Laster; and a beloved brother, Jack Laster.
He is survived by a daughter, Robyn Fenner of Little Rock; a granddaughter, Scarlett Fenner; two sisters, Ima James of Malvern and Elizabeth Mullins of Benton; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, at the North Little Rock National Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, at 1007 Country Estates in Benton.
