Rodney Dwight Cleghorn

Rodney Dwight Cleghorn, 65, of Bryant, died Sunday, Sept. 18. He was born Nov. 7, 1945 in Alleene.

Rodney was an Engineering Assistant for Ground Landscape, a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of Benton First Assembly of God Church in Benton.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Coelia Cleghorn; brothers, Coy and Tom Cleghorn; and sister, Theola Deal.
 
He is survived by his wife, Maryland Rosette Cleghorn; sons, Kevin Cleghorn and wife, Kelly, Damon Cleghorn and wife, Keela, Raymond Cleghorn and wife, Melissa; brothers, Lewis Cleghorn, Odean Cleghorn and Floydene Rush; eight grandchildren, Kyle, Cole, Aleigha, Josie, Avorie, Emery, Ethan and Gabriel.
 
Services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 21, at Benton First Assembly of God Church with burial at New Rosemont Cemetery. Ministers will be Gene Huskey and Raymond Cleghorn.
 
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 20, at Benton First Assembly of God.
 
Memorials may be made to First Assembly of God Praise Team and the Cross Point Quartet.
