Roger Allen Jones

Roger Allen Jones passed away September 25, in Memphis, TN. He was born January 3, 1950 in Batesville. Roger attended Little Rock Public Schools, graduating from Joe T. Robinson High, and he obtained his Master’s in History from University of Arkansas Little Rock.
He is survived by his parents, Bill and Bernice Jones of Benton, AR; three sisters, Shirley Jones, Vivian Darlene Jones, and Sharlene Moshi, all of Benton; two beloved nieces, Nala Moshi of Wheeling, IL and Shana Moshi of Chicago, IL; and his loving nephew, Dillon Massey of Benton.Roger was a Christian and member of Holland Baptist Church in Benton.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 15, at Pinecrest Cemetery in Alexander.
