Ronald 'Ronnie' Elam

Ronald “Ronnie” Elam, 47, of Benton left this world on June 22. He was born June 19, 1965. Ronnie was very loved and will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Elam; his brother, Keith Coney; and his sister, Tonya Brown.
Ronald is survived by his soulmate, Laura; his mother, Anna Elam; his birth mother, Betty Hill (Elvin); and his brothers, Bryan Coney, Eugene Coney, and Tim Elam and wife Vicky; his children, Kristen Elam, Kayla Forbes, Khrista Parnell, and Blake Woods; his grandchildren, Emma, Addison, and James; several nephews and nieces; and extended family, Jame and Diana McGhee and Eddie and Melissa Swaffar.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 28, at First Freewill Baptist Church on Congo Road. Stewart Briner will be officiating. Arrangements are by Arkansas Funeral Care in Jacksonville.
