Sadie (Aleese) Goins

Sadie (Aleese) Goins, 82 of Malvern, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013, at Saline Memorial Hospice House in Bryant.
She was born March 3, 1931. in Grapevine to the late John Mark and Sadie A. Threlkeld.  Sadie was a member of Ten Mile Missionary Baptist Church in Lonsdale, was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, friend and homemaker.
Sadie was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Bobby Threlkeld and Troy Wayne James; two daughters, Cynthia Gaile Richardson and Connie Darlene Parish; seven brothers; one sister; and a son-in-law, Edward Smith.
She is survived by her husband, Clomer Goins of Malvern; two daughters, Vicki Carol Smith of Malvern and Deborah Kaye Wilkerson of Vermont; a sister, Juanita Crow of Benton; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, at Ten Mile Missionary Baptist Church with Brother Wesley Howard officiating.
Visitation will follow the memorial service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ten Mile Missionary Baptist Church.
Cremation was through Ashby Funeral Home.
