Shortages of supplies, food and gasoline being reported in county

Reports of shortages grow as area residents continue to wait for electric power to be restored.
The Home Depot store in Benton reports that all of the generators in stock were sold early Wednesday morning. Chainsaw sales have increased as well as purchases of wood for fireplaces and fire starter sticks.
Local grocery stores are reporting shortages of milk, bread, eggs and other staples. Additional shipments have been set.
Gasoline stations that have electric power are reporting sales of fuel that have depeleted supplies on hand.
