Steve Ervin Gossage

Steve Ervin Gossage, 63, of Benton, passed away Feb. 28.  He was born Feb. 26, 1949, in Sherrill to the late Steve and Ida Keen Gossage.
Steve was a carpenter and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila Brazil Gossage of Benton; a son, Luther Gossage and his fiancee, Halie Beckwith of Benton; a daughter, Carrie Pasierb and husband Phillip of Bryant; a brother, Tim Gossage and wife Tammy of Benton; sisters, Jackie Mcpherson and husband Joel of Benton, Nell Osbahr and husband Garland of Hot Springs, Pat Gaither and husband Raymond of Eagle Creek, Ore., Linda Speake and husband Kenneth of Benton, Ruby DeBoer and husband John of Hot Springs; grandchildren, Natalie and Alexis Pasierb of Bryant; an aunt, Doris Eubanks; and a many nieces and nephews who were all fond of “Uncle Steve.”
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 3, at Old Union Cemetery with Bob Burchfield officiating. Ashby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
