Thelma Lorene Jeffcoat

Thelma Lorene Jeffcoat, age 89, of Benton, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2011. She was born December 22, 1921 in Benton, Arkansas. Mrs. Jeffcoat was retired from the furniture business. She worked for Curtis Mathis, OWASSO, McCoy Couch and Bryant Furniture. Mrs. Jeffcoat was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Dora Wood; husband, Willie Russell Jeffcoat and nine siblings.
She is survived by two sons, Willie Dean Jeffcoat and wife Phyllis of Oklahoma and Richard Jeffcoat and wife Linda of Benton; daughter, Reba Marlene Collatt of Benton; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and numerous extended family.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 6 at Forest Hills Cemetery. Bro. Scott Patton will be officiating.
