Charles E. Adcock, 81, of Bauxite died Saturday, March 29, 2008, at his home.
Born May 6, 1926 in Warren, he was a son of Henry Wade and Ethel C. O’Neal Adcock.
Mr. Adcock was a commercial painter.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Gary Wade Adcock.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Anderson Adcock; five sons, Charles Steven Adcock of Mobile, Ala., Randall Wayne Cordell and wife Toni of Bauxite, Larry Cordell and wife Patty of Bauxite, Robert Cordell of Bauxite and David Cordell of Pine Bluff; six grandchildren, Zachary Adcock of Mobile, Ala., Holly Cordell of Conway, Tiffany Cordell, Christina Cordell, Amanda Cordell, Alex Cordell and Zachary Cordell, all of Bauxite; a sister, Virginia Boddie of Shreveport, La.; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home with the Rev. David Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Prairie Bayou Cemetery at New De Roche.
Visitation is scheduled from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
