Broadway will be roasted May 5 |

Courier Staff State Sen. Shane Broadway of Bryant will be roasted early next month at the fourth annual Mayor Rick Holland Roast.
The event will be held Monday, May 5, in Benton.
Tickets are on sale. A location and time will be announced soon, organizers said, along with the panel of roasters.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will be divided between Boy Scout troops in Saline County and Rare Cancer Research.
Former roastees include Holland, Doyle Webb and Donnie Burks, all of Benton.
Gov. Mike Beebe is expected to provide a special video presentation.
A live auction will be held and will include an official Boy Scout .22 caliber, lever-action hunting rifle.
Tickets are $25 each and may be purchased by calling the mayor’s office at 776-5905.
