Estene Simpson, 88, of Benton died Wednesday, May 21, 2008, in Benton.
She was born May 17, 1920, in Nathan to Abrum and Beulah Hadaway.
Mrs. Simpson was a retired waitress at the Holiday Inn in North Little Rock and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Joe Hadaway.
Survivors include a son, Jim Simpson of Benton; a daughter, Carolyn Hicks of Dallas; a sister, Inez Evan of Nash, Texas; two brothers, J. C. Hadaway of Ashdown and Travis Hadaway of Texarkana, Ark.; and two grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Pinecrest Cemetery with the Rev. Curtis Kyle officiating.
Arrangements are by Ashby Funeral Home.
