Bettie Beck Huddleston, 65, of Marietta, Ga., died Sunday, May 25, 2008.  
She was born Sept. 24, 1942, in Prattsville to Clinton and Ethel Beck of Benton.
Mrs. Huddleston lived in Little Rock before moving with her husband and family to Georgia in 1976. She was a graduate of Benton High School, a licensed practical nurse and senior grade at St. Vincent Infirmary. She was active in civic and charitable activities in Little Rock and served as president of the Little Rock Jaycettes in 1970.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Mike Huddleston; three sons, Pat Huddleston II of Kennesaw, Ga., Porter Huddleston of Troutdale, Ore., and Matthew Huddleston of Marietta; a brother, Carleton Beck of Benton; a sister, Patricia Besancon of Benton; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Salem Baptist Church with the Rev. Shane Knight officiating. Burial will be in Pinecrest Memorial Park at Alexander.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held in Marietta next week with details to be announced.
