Auditions listed for summer productions |

Auditions are scheduled Friday through Sunday for the Young Players summer production of “The Pirate Show.”
Auditions are set for 6 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. Saturday and 5 p.m. Sunday.
Daphne Shoppach, Charlotte Hammonds and Randall Earnest are overseeing the production, which will involve a multi-age cast.
Auditions will be held at the Royal Theatre, 111 S. Market St. in Downtown Benton.
The show calls for 28 actors.
Auditions start Sunday for Bye Bye Birdie
Auditions are scheduled Sunday and Monday for the Royal Players’ next production, the musical Bye Bye Birdie.
The auditions will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Royal Theatre.
Harold Dean, who has appeared in a number of Royal Players productions and directed L’il Abner in 2006, will direct the show.
Terri Lucas will be the musical director.
People auditioning should be prepared to sing all or part of a song and read from a script.
The large cast calls for multiple ages. |
