Saline County Quorum Court members and other county officials enjoy a dinner of red beans and rice on Tuesday before the regular Quorum Court meeting. The dinner was hosted by the Saline County Cooperative Extension Service. Extension member Greg Sloan of Paron prepared the meal, and Saline County Extension Agent Ron Matlock made homemade ice cream for dessert.
