Ruby Christine Walker, 82, of Benton died Saturday, Sept. 6, in Benton.
She was born April 5, 1926, in the Detonti community of Saline County.
Mrs. Walker was a retired bookkeeper and accountant and a member of the Antioch Christian Church in Tull. She had been active in the Saline County Democratic Party, the county’s Democratic Women organization and Saline Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Essie Tull and a brother, Ray Tull.
Survivors include two brothers, Richard Tull and Doyle Tull, both of Tull; two sisters, Sue Lee and husband Ross of Benton and Nita Gibson of Tull; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service is scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday at Ebenezer Cemetery in Tull with Phil Davis officiating.
Arrangements are by Ashby Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Antioch Christian Church in Tull, Saline Memorial Hospice House or Saline Memorial Auxiliary.
