Staff clowns lead a parade that included Harmony Grove High School and Middle School marching bands, political candidates, local fire stations, residents dressed as cowboys and cowgirls, Harmony Grove High School cheerleaders and more at the 40th annual Western Hat Day at Arkansas Health Center in Haskell.
