Julia Emma Sue Edmonson Ellis, 77, of Benton died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008, at her home.
She was born Oct. 22, 1930, in Bauxite.
Mrs. Ellis was retired from Reynolds Metals Co. and a member of First Baptist Church in Benton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luke K. and Thelma Mitchell Edmonson.
Survivors include a husband, James K. Ellis of Benton; two nephews, Paul M. Edmonson of Maumelle and Paul Dewayne Edmonson of Camden; a sister-in-law, Mary Edmonson of Camden; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service will held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Ashby Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pine Crest Memorial Park with Dr. Rick Grant officiating.
Pallbearers are Joe Jones, Tracy Bailey, Bob Ledford, David Nall, Kendall Jones and Robert Jackson.
Visitation will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund or Music Fund.
