One organizer said Hurricane Lake Estates residents are anticipating a large turnout for the holiday Tour of Homes.
If you want decorating ideas, or if you just want to absorb more holiday cheer, the your opportunity will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday.
Each year, homeowners in the upscale development off Arkansas 5 in Benton deck their halls with the latest trends in holiday decorating.
This year, seven homes are being featured.
Cost is $15 per person. Tickets will be available Sunday at the entrance to Hurricane Lake Estates.
All of the proceeds from this year’s tour benefit the Bryant Senior Activity Center and the Saline County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) program.
Organizers request that no children under 12 participate in the tour.
Door prizes, worth $500 apiece, will be available at each home.
Following are the participating homes:
•Blake and Mary Kathryn Weindorf, 6504 Worth Ave., decorated by homeowners.
•Michael and Amberlee Hayman, 7328 Worth Ave., decorated by Silks A Bloom.
•Karl and Betty Sitz, 6612 Kensington, decorated by homeowners.
•Doug and Dyana Coney, 5118 Caribbean Drive East, decorated by Express Your Self owner Darla Self.
•James and Tracey Ballentine, 6127 Westmin-ster, decorated by Tracey and her sister, Kelley Reynolds.
•Josh Miller, 6314 Worth Ave., decorated by Silks A Bloom.
The event is sponsored by Landers United Auto of Saline County.
