Alex Rivera, a waiter at La Hacienda restaurant in Benton, serves local resident Shelby Stringfellow a margarita Tuesday as she and husband, Steve, await their dinner. La Hacienda was granted a liquor license this month and is the fifth restaurant in Saline County to receive a liquor license since 2007.
