Kenneth Franklin 'Arkie' Sikes Jr. E-mail

    Kenneth Franklin “Arkie” Sikes Jr., 46, of Mesquite, Texas, formerly of Benton, died Wednesday, March 21, 2007.
    He was born Oct. 22, 1960, in Little Rock.
    Mr. Sikes loved to make people laugh, tell jokes and really loved his job and life.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Thelma Sikes.
    Survivors include his wife Carol Sikes; two daughters, Tiffany Sikes of Benton and Crystle Weeks and husband Toby; one son, Kenneth Sikes III; three grandchildren, Dawson, Kaylee and Zoie; four stepchildren, Samantha, Donny, Chris and Emily; and numerous other family members.
    Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today at Anderson Clayton Funeral Home in Mesquite, Texas.
    Visitation was Friday at the funeral home.
