Shelbi Still, national anthem led by students Paige Chastain and Ceciley Whitfield, a reading of the preamble to the U.S. Constitution by student Megan O’Neal, a speech by Nix, “America the Beautiful” sung by fourth-graders and “Taps” performed by students Haven Brock and Sarah Tate.
