Third Savor the Flavor is Thursday in Benton |

The third annual Savor the Flavor sponsored by the Benton Area Chamber of Commerce will be held Thursday in the gymnasium at Fitness Unlimited, 1212 Arkansas 5-35 North.
The event, which attracted about 350 people last year, is scheduled from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Mark Gillis, chamber executive director, said Savor the Flavor “is a great excuse to eat great food, visit with neighbors, network new business contacts and have a wonderful time.”
This year’s event will showcase 16 restaurants that will compete for several awards, including best entree, dessert and presentation.
“The variety of food is amazing,” Gillis said. “We’ll have everything from pizza to pie.”
Drawings for door prizes will be held every 10 minutes throughout the event, and there will be a silent auction.
Tickets are $10 and are available at the chamber, 607 N. Market St., or Fitness Unlimited.
Children 10 and younger may eat free.
