Joseph Leo Malloy, 37, of Cabot died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010.  
He was born June 10, 1972, in Cumberland, Md., to William Malloy Sr. and Janet Champagne Malloy.  
Mr. Malloy was the media specialist for Gov. Mike Beebe. He was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include his parents; his wife, Erika Leah Tipton Malloy; a son, Marshall Malloy of Cabot; a sister, Tammy Herrell of Cumberland, Md.; three brothers, William Malloy Jr. of Cumberland, James Malloy of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Christopher Malloy of Seattle, Wash; his in-laws, Brian and Donna Stewart of Porum, Okla.; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton with the Rev. Joseph Ejimofor officiating. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. with a rosary service at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
