Emery Bloomquist, 85, of Pangburn died Monday, March 8, 2010.
He was born Feb. 21, 1925, in Matheson, Colo., to Gustof and Selma Ruth Carlson Bloomquist.
Mr. Bloomquist was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Searcy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alice Bloomquist; his parents; and a son, Gus Bloomquist.
Survivors include two sons, Milton Bloomquist and wife Brenda of Cabot and Stuart Bloomquist and wife Mary of Bauxite; a daughter, Sharon Gallegly and husband Harry of Pangburn; seven grandchildren, Leeanna, Jeremy, Eric, Christy, Christina and Natasha; five great-grandchildren, Carter, Gibson, Jaylin, Jack and Arkin.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Searcy. Burial will follow in Henderson Cemetery, Pangburn.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, in Searcy.
