Members of the Patriot Guard Riders from Arkansas, Tennessee and Louisiana lead the funeral procession Thursday for 9-year old Tyler Johnson of Alexander. The procession began at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home and ended at the gravesite in Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. Tyler is the third child to die from a vehicle accident Oct. 13 while the children were en route with their mother, Mona Lisa, to visit their father, Army Spc. John Austin Johnson. The other two children, Logan Wesley Johnson, 2, and Ashley Mishelle Johnson, 5, died at the scene of the accident and were buried on Oct. 23 in Pinecrest Memorial Park. Tyler suffered head injuries and was on life support at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas until he died Nov. 5. The family is from Benton.
