William Brian Hampton

William Brian Hampton, 50, of Benton passed away Tuesday, Jan. 24, at his home. He was born May 30, 1961, in Fort Smith to William Burke and Demo Lee (Stephenson) Hampton.
He graduated from Benton High School in 1979 and was a 1984 graduate of University of Central Arkansas, where he was member of Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity. He attended Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church in Benton, was a member of the First Christian Church of Benton, and also attended the First Nazarene Church of Benton.
Mr. Hampton previously was employed at Benton State Bank.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Hampton is survived by his brother, Mark Hampton of Bryant; his nieces and nephews, Lauren Elizabeth Hampton, Courtney Faith Hampton, and John Barlow Hampton; his aunts and uncles, Dorothy Chadwick, Wordna and husband Lance Freeman, Donald McDaniel and wife Mae, Reena Stephenson, and Ben Hampton and wife Charlie; and many cousins and other relatives. 
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church with the Revs. Bob Warford and Greg Kirksey officiating.
Cremation arrangements will be provided by Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (501-315-4047).
