William Edwin Glenn

William Edwin Glenn, 83, of Benton passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2011. He was born June 3, 1927, in Benton to John and Esther Grasty Glenn.
He was a member of Parkview United Methodist Church and retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He was a 33rd degree Scottish Rite Mason.
He is survived by his wife, Charlene Glenn; son, John David Glenn and wife Karen of Benton; daughters, Susan Williamson of Lubbock, Texas, and Mary Lawhon and husband Hugh of Benton; grandchildren, Chloe Fratesi (Benny) of Pine Bluff, Billy Glenn and Jimmy Glenn, both of Benton; and niece, Sharon Harris (Mike) of Benton.
Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Parkview United Methodist Church, 514 N. Border Street in Benton officiated by the Revs. John Alston and Burl Crabtree.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, prior to the service, at the church.
