Willie Pauline Harris

Willie Pauline Harris, 96, of Lonsdale, passed away May 28.  She was born Aug. 26, 1915, in Saline County to the late Marshall and Della Shelton Gentry.  Mrs. Harris was a homemaker and a member of Owensville Baptist Church. 
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 65 years, Royce Vernon Harris; a brother, Robert Gentry; and a sister, Vivian Brooks. 
She is survived by a son, Larry Vernon Harris and wife Jo Ann of Lonsdale; a daughter, Lynna Sue Howard and husband Bill of Lonsdale; a brother, Roland Gentry and wife Hazel of Lonsdale; seven grandchildren, Tim Howard and wife, Julie of Benton, Perry Howard and wife, Sharon of Perryville, Susan Petty and husband Michael of Powell, Tenn., Sally Brown and husband Tom, Kristy Hassman and husband, David, Larry Harris II and wife Stacy, and Jeff Harris, all of Benton; 17 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. 
Funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 31, at Owensville Baptist Church with the Revs. Clarence Shell, Bill Howard and Michael Petty officiating.  Burial will follow at Owensville Cemetery. 
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Ashby Funeral Home. 
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Owensville Baptist Church.
